Apple Juice and its Benefits

Apple juice is delicious.  Apples are a fat and cholesterol free fruit packed with vitamins and nutrients.  Apple juice contains a significant amount of Vitamin C but is also a natural source of niacin, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and calcium (1).
